Veto Béninois sur le Pétrole Nigérien – Implications Régionales et Internationales
Depuis le lundi 6 mai 2024, le Bénin a pris la décision radicale de bloquer l’exportation de pétrole brut nigérien depuis son terminal de Sémé, marquant une escalade significative dans les tensions commerciales entre les deux pays. Cette mesure intervient en réponse à la fermeture persistante des frontières par le Niger, que Cotonou considère comme une violation des principes de réciprocité et de bonne foi commerciale.
