Une avancée majeure vers la professionnalisation de l’arbitrage sportif au Bénin
Le gouvernement du Président Talon a honoré sa promesse envers les arbitres béninois. En effet, ce vendredi 28 Avril 2023 restera une date mémorable pour le corps des arbitres professionnels qui a reçu sa subvention tant attendue.
Cette initiative fait suite à la rencontre historique qui s’est déroulée le 1er juillet 2022 au Palais des Congrès, réunissant le Ministre des sports Oswald Homeky, le Président de la Fédération Béninoise de Football, Mathurin de Chacus, et tous les arbitres officiant dans les différents championnats nationaux de football. Aujourd’hui, le gouvernement et le ministre des sports ont prouvé leur engagement envers la professionnalisation de l’arbitrage sportif en Bénin.
Les arbitres béninois ont ainsi reçu un chèque d’une valeur de 88.548.763 francs CFA, une subvention qui contribuera de manière significative à l’amélioration de l’arbitrage dans le football béninois. Cette mesure marque une étape importante vers la reconnaissance et la valorisation du travail des arbitres, ainsi que la promotion du fair-play et de l’équité dans les compétitions sportives.
L’investissement du gouvernement dans le développement de l’arbitrage démontre sa volonté de professionnaliser le corps arbitral et d’élever le niveau du football au Bénin. Cette subvention permettra de renforcer la formation, la capacitation et l’encadrement des arbitres, garantissant ainsi une meilleure qualité de l’arbitrage lors des matchs nationaux.
Les acteurs du monde sportif saluent cette avancée majeure, reconnaissant l’importance d’un arbitrage de qualité pour assurer l’équité et la transparence dans les compétitions. Grâce à cette subvention, les arbitres béninois pourront bénéficier d’un soutien financier essentiel pour leur développement professionnel, ce qui contribuera à rehausser le niveau global du football au Bénin.
Cette décision témoigne de l’engagement du gouvernement envers le sport et de sa volonté d’investir dans les ressources humaines pour favoriser le développement de disciplines sportives de haut niveau. Le Bénin confirme ainsi sa détermination à promouvoir le fair-play, l’éthique et l’excellence dans le monde du football.
Le geste du gouvernement envers les arbitres béninois représente une étape cruciale dans la construction d’un environnement sportif professionnel et compétitif, propice à l’épanouissement des talents et à l’émergence de futurs arbitres de renommée internationale. Cette subvention témoigne de la reconnaissance de la valeur des arbitres et de leur rôle clé dans l’organisation des compétitions sportives.
