Le secteur des transports terrestres au Bénin est actuellement au centre d’importantes réformes, initiées par un arrêté interministériel signé par les ministres de l’économie et des finances, de l’intérieur et de la sécurité publique, ainsi que du cadre de vie et des transports. Ces nouvelles mesures visent à réguler les conditions de souscription et de renouvellement de l’assurance de responsabilité civile des véhicules terrestres à moteur. Toutefois, cette décision gouvernementale suscite des réactions mitigées parmi les acteurs concernés.
