🇸🇳 Sénégal : Faye-Sonko, Un Duo au Pouvoir Entre Collaboration et Rivalité Potentielle 🤝💥
Le Sénégal se trouve à l’aube d’une nouvelle ère politique avec l’élection de Bassirou Diomaye Faye à la présidence et la nomination d’Ousman Sonko en tant que Premier ministre. Cette configuration inédite soulève des interrogations sur la possibilité d’un pouvoir bicéphale fonctionnel dans un contexte d’hyperprésidentialisme marqué. Cette situation pose la question de l’adaptabilité des institutions et des personnalités politiques à cette nouvelle forme de gouvernance. Faye a évoqué la possibilité de réduire les pouvoirs présidentiels au profit d’un rôle plus substantiel du Premier ministre, une proposition qui, bien qu’ambitieuse, requiert une majorité parlementaire que le duo n’a pas encore sécurisée.
Les analystes politiques s’interrogent sur la viabilité à long terme de cette alliance, soulignant le potentiel de divergences et de rivalités entre les deux hommes. Le risque d’une dualité conflictuelle, inhérent à la structure politique et historique du Sénégal, pourrait compromettre la stabilité et l’efficacité de la gouvernance.
Dans ce contexte incertain, le duo Faye-Sonko se trouve devant le défi de transcender les pratiques politiques traditionnelles pour inaugurer une période de réformes profondes et de développement durable.
