⚖️🕵️♂️ Affaire CNHU-HKM : huit agents devant la CRIET, deux dossiers explosifs au cœur des débats
La Cour de répression des infractions économiques et du terrorisme (CRIET) a siégé ce jeudi 24 avril dans deux affaires distinctes impliquant huit agents conventionnés du Centre national hospitalier universitaire Hubert Koutoukou Maga (CNHU-HKM). Ces dossiers, aux contours sensibles, suscitent une vive émotion au sein de l’opinion publique.
Dans la première affaire, trois agents et un charlatan ont comparu dans le cadre de l’enquête sur la découverte de cinq squelettes humains retrouvés derrière la clôture du CNHU-HKM. La seconde affaire concerne cinq autres agents accusés d’escroquerie et de détournement de fonds liés au recouvrement des frais de service des « cols verts ».
⏳ Dossier reporté, responsabilités floues
Lors de l’audience tenue devant la juridiction spéciale, les avocats des mis en cause, accompagnés de leurs proches et collègues, étaient présents pour suivre le déroulé des débats. Toutefois, les juges ont décidé de reporter le procès au 5 juin 2025, afin de mieux cerner les responsabilités de chacun.
Des sources proches du dossier indiquent que les soupçons pèsent lourdement sur certains agents de la morgue, en lien avec les squelettes découverts. Le manque de dispositifs de vidéosurveillance à la morgue au moment des faits rend les investigations complexes, et soulève des interrogations sur la sécurité au sein de l’établissement hospitalier.
📹 Réaction tardive mais attendue
À la suite de la médiatisation de l’affaire, la direction du CNHU-HKM a fini par installer des caméras de surveillance à la morgue. Une mesure tardive mais jugée nécessaire pour restaurer un minimum de contrôle. Pour certains observateurs, cette décision est assimilée à un réveil tardif mais salutaire, reflétant l’adage : « mieux vaut tard que jamais ».
