Affaire de bradage des réserves administratives à Djimè Sud : Pourquoi l’ex-maire Blaise Ahanhanzo Glèlè placé sous convocation
L’ancien maire et ministre Blaise Ahanhanzo Glèlè a été interpelé mardi 30 mai 2023 dans le cadre d’une affaire de bradage des réserves administratives à Djimè Sud à Abomey. Après avoir été auditionné par la Brigade Criminelle, il a été placé sous convocation.
Selon les informations recueillies, Blaise Ahanhanzo Glèlè, son ancien collaborateur Victorin Aholou et une dizaine d’autres personnes sont impliqués dans cette affaire de cession à titre onéreux de domaines de réserves administratives. Les bénéficiaires de ces cessions comprennent des élus communaux, des cadres techniques de la mairie ainsi que des particuliers. Des investigations ont révélé que la liste initiale des bénéficiaires, établie par arrêté le 10 juin 2011, avait été falsifiée. En effet, 15 noms ont été ajoutés à cette liste qui comptait initialement 75 bénéficiaires.
Fortunet Nouatin, l’ancien maire d’Abomey, aurait délivré des certificats de propriété aux bénéficiaires ajoutés à la liste, dont l’arrêté avait été signé par son prédécesseur, Blaise Ahanhanzo-Glèlè. L’interpellation de Blaise Ahanhanzo Glèlè intervient dans le cadre d’une enquête plus large visant à faire la lumière sur ces transactions suspectes impliquant des réserves administratives. Après son audition à la Brigade Criminelle, il a été placé sous convocation, ce qui signifie qu’il doit se tenir à la disposition des autorités compétentes pour d’autres interrogatoires ou développements de l’enquête.
Cette affaire soulève des questions importantes sur la gestion des réserves administratives et l’intégrité des décisions prises par les autorités municipales. Les réserves administratives sont des terrains qui doivent être préservés pour des besoins futurs de développement urbain et d’infrastructures publiques. Leur cession à des tiers à des fins lucratives soulève des préoccupations quant à la transparence et à l’éthique dans l’exercice des fonctions publiques.
