Le décès tragique d’un bébé béninois à l’Hôpital Abass Ndao de Dakar, au Sénégal, a conduit à la mise en cause de trois personnes, dont une infirmière de garde. Les draps, contenant le bébé, ont été par la suite mis dans un sac et emportés à la buanderie. Malheureusement, l’enfant serait décédé dans le sac avant d’être placé dans la machine à laver.
Le bébé, une petite fille, est née prématurément, à 33 semaines de grossesse, soit 7 mois, le dimanche 23 juillet 2023. Suite à sa naissance, elle a été admise au service de néonatologie de l’hôpital Abass Ndao.
La mort de leur première enfant a laissé les parents, un couple béninois, en état de choc. Le père, identifié par ses initiales J.F.K, a déclaré au journal “L’Observateur” qu’ils souhaitaient que justice soit faite et demandent à ce qu’un test ADN soit effectué. « Je veux que justice soit faite.
