🇵🇱⚖️ Pologne : La Grâce Présidentielle dans l’Affaire Kaminski Divise le Pays
En Pologne, une décision du président Andrzej Duda a ravivé les tensions politiques et divisé l’opinion publique. Mercredi dernier, le président a annoncé l’initiation d’une procédure de grâce concernant l’ancien ministre de l’Intérieur, Marius Kaminski, emprisonné pour une affaire de corruption remontant à 2007. Cette décision survient dans un contexte de conflit aigu entre la droite populiste du parti Droit et Justice (PiS), récemment évincée du pouvoir, et la gauche, désormais aux commandes.
Les partisans de Kaminski, qui se sont rassemblés devant le palais présidentiel à Varsovie, considèrent son emprisonnement comme un acte de vengeance politique de la gauche. L’ancien Premier ministre Morawiecki et d’autres figures du PiS ont dénoncé cette arrestation, la qualifiant d’acte d’un “pouvoir voyou”. Kaminski, ayant dirigé le Bureau central antiorruption, a été condamné en 2007 pour avoir orchestré une fausse affaire de corruption contre un responsable politique. En décembre dernier, lui et son collaborateur ont été condamnés à deux ans de prison ferme en appel.
La décision du président Duda de lancer une procédure de grâce est controversée. D’une part, elle est vue par ses partisans comme un acte de justice et de rectification d’un abus politique. D’autre part, l’opposition, menée par l’ancien Premier ministre Tusk, accuse le président d’obstruction à la justice et d’être influencé par ses alliés politiques.
Cette affaire s’ajoute à d’autres tensions politiques en Pologne, notamment le limogeage controversé des dirigeants des médias publics fin décembre, qui a été qualifié de mesure illégale par le président Duda. La division de l’opinion publique polonaise sur ces questions souligne la polarisation croissante dans le pays.
La procédure de grâce engagée par le président Duda est un événement marquant dans le paysage politique polonais. Elle reflète non seulement les luttes de pouvoir entre la droite et la gauche, mais soulève également des questions importantes sur la justice, l’état de droit et l’indépendance du système judiciaire en Pologne.
