🔫💔 L’Alibori sous le choc : Violente attaque à Bako-maka fait des victimes

 La quiétude des habitants de la commune de Karimama, plus précisément du village de Bako-maka, a été brutalement interrompue. Un acte violent et inattendu a plongé cette paisible communauté dans le deuil et l’effroi.

 Mercredi dernier, alors que le soleil commençait à décliner, des individus armés non identifiés (IANI) ont pénétré dans le village, laissant derrière eux une scène d’horreur. Trois civils ont été brutalement tués, et deux autres ont été gravement blessés. L’identité des victimes et leur lien éventuel avec les assaillants restent encore inconnus.

Une zone sous menace

Bako-maka, tout comme d’autres localités du département de l’Alibori, est confrontée depuis quelque temps à des menaces d’extrémisme violent et aux affres du terrorisme. Des groupes armés, profitant de la porosité des frontières, sèment terreur et désolation parmi les populations locales.

Réponse gouvernementale

Face à cette menace croissante, le gouvernement béninois avait  réagi depuis quelques mois, en mettant en œuvre des mesures de sécurité renforcées. Des milliers de soldats ont été déployés dans la région. Munis d’équipements modernes et sophistiqués, ces troupes ont pour mission de protéger les citoyens et de sécuriser les frontières. Cependant, malgré ces efforts, les attaques continuent de frapper les villages et villes du pays.

Alors que le pays est confronté à ces défis sécuritaires, il est plus que jamais crucial que les citoyens s’unissent pour combattre ces menaces, en collaboration avec les forces de sécurité. La résilience et la solidarité seront des armes essentielles dans cette lutte.
