MESSAGE DE CONDOLEANCES DE L’HONORABLE CECILE AHOUMENOU

C’est avec émoi et consternation que j’ai appris le jeudi 18 mai 2023, le décès à Paris de Madame Bilikissou ALI MACHIFA, Conseillère, 2ème rapporteur de la Haute Autorité de l’Audiovisuel et de la Communication (HAAC) de la présente mandature, que j’appelle affectueusement grande sœur. Femme intrépide et très engagée pour l’atteinte des objectifs pour lesquels, nous avions ensemble œuvré, alors que nous étions encore collègues au sein de cette institution, c’est une femme fidèle et attachée aux principes de moralité saine que nous venons de perdre. Je garde personnellement d’elle, le souvenir d’une collègue forte, enthousiaste, aimable et pieuse.

« On a des mots pour dire une peine légère, mais les grandes douleurs ne savent que se taire», disait Sénèque. En cette douloureuse circonstance, je voudrais dans le silence de ma tristesse, exprimer cependant, aux membres et aux proches des familles ALI et MACHIFA, mes vives, sincères et profondes condoléances, aussi traduire ma compassion à l’ensemble des conseillers et le personnel de la HAAC.

Grande sœur, malgré ton état de santé fragile, tu as gardé avec moi, le lien fraternel et amical à travers tes appels, tes messages empreints de motivation et d’amour divin. MERCI pour tout ce que tu as été dans ma vie.

Que le maître de l’univers te gratifie de son insondable miséricorde !
