Annonce exceptionnelle de Nicolas Yenoussi  aux propriétaires de biens fonciers

Dans un   communiqué publié ce vendredi 4 aout 2023, le Directeur Général des Impôts du Bénin a annoncé la mise en place d’un dispositif exceptionnel pour faciliter l’enregistrement des conventions de vente de parcelles pour les propriétaires de biens fonciers à Cotonou. Cela fait suite à une augmentation notable de l’affluence dans les bureaux de l’Agence Nationale du Domaine et du Foncier (ANDF) et du Centre de l’Enregistrement et du Timbre (CET). Afin de gérer efficacement cette affluence, l’immeuble DGI-DGE à Cadjèhoun accueillera les contribuables du 2 au 31 août 2023.

Les propriétaires pourront déposer leurs conventions de vente tous les jours de 8 heures à 12 heures 30 minutes après avoir prépayé et payé les droits d’enregistrement en ligne. Les documents pourront ensuite être récupérés l’après-midi à partir de 14 heures, suite à une notification sur la plateforme.

Cette initiative vise à simplifier le processus d’enregistrement des conventions de vente pour les propriétaires de biens fonciers et à réduire la charge de travail des bureaux concernés.
