Affaire Boko-Homeky : Interrogatoire au fond de Adjibékoun Crépin Hugues prévu à la CRIET
Dans le cadre de l’instruction de la supposée affaire de coup d’Etat, le Président de la Commission d’Instruction de la Cour de Répression des Infractions Économiques et du Terrorisme (CRIET) , poursuit l’audition des personnes impliquées. L’un des prochains interrogatoires au fond ce mercredi concernera Ilénikouwa Adjibékoun Crépin Hugues.
Le 25 septembre 2024, le Procureur spécial de la CRIET avait annoncé à la presse que les forces de sécurité nationale avaient déjoué une tentative de coup d’État, prévue deux jours plus tard, le 27 septembre 2024. Selon les autorités, l’ancien ministre Oswald Homéky et Olivier Boko seraient les principaux instigateurs de ce complot, visant à renverser le régime en place. Le Colonel Dieudonné Tévoédjrè aurait également été approché pour jouer un rôle central dans l’exécution de ce plan.

Les accusations portées contre ces personnalités ont provoqué de nombreuses réactions dans l’opinion publique, certains remettant en question la véracité des faits et dénonçant une possible manœuvre politique. Les allégations de coup d’État ont ravivé les tensions au sein de la classe politique béninoise, notamment dans le contexte d’une lutte pour la succession du Président Patrice Talon aux élections présidentielles de 2026.

L’enquête de la CRIET
Depuis l’ouverture de l’enquête, plusieurs personnes ont déjà été entendues par la Commission d’instruction de la CRIET. L’interrogatoire à venir d’Ilénikouwa Adjibékoun Crépin Hugues pourrait apporter de nouveaux éléments sur l’implication supposée des différents protagonistes. Il s’agira pour la Commission de confronter les déclarations de l’accusé aux faits et de comprendre son rôle exact dans cette affaire.
