Un mineur chinois de 17 ans se retrouve au cœur d’une affaire d’exploitation illégale de machines à sous. Malgré les accusations portées contre lui, le jeune défendant a maintenu son innocence lors de son interrogatoire, niant toute implication dans les faits qui lui sont reprochés.
L’affaire a pris une tournure inattendue lorsque le ministère public a sollicité la Cour de Répression des Infractions Économiques et du Terrorisme (CRIET) pour se déclarer incompétente.
