Un nouvel incident de violence policière secoue la ville de Kraké, au Bénin, où un ressortissant de Ouaké, conducteur de gros porteur, affirme avoir été violemment agressé par le commissaire local. La semaine dernière, un jeune homme s’était également présenté à l’hôpital après avoir été violemment tabassé par ce responsable des forces de l’ordre.
