🌩️ Crise politique au Bénin : Samou Adambi quitte le gouvernement, remaniement ministériel imminent
La crise politique qui secoue le Bénin connaît un nouveau rebondissement. Le ministre Samou Séïdou Adambi, récemment suspendu des organes dirigeants du Bloc Républicain (BR), vient d’être officiellement limogé du gouvernement par le président Patrice Talon. Cette décision, non encore confirmée par une source gouvernementale s’inscrit dans un contexte politique tendu à l’approche de la présidentielle de 2026. Le départ de Samou Adambi intervient alors qu’un remaniement ministériel est annoncé dans les heures à venir.
Un contexte explosif
L’éviction de Samou Adambi fait suite à une série de sanctions politiques visant les personnalités soupçonnées de nourrir des ambitions présidentielles ou d’afficher leur soutien à Olivier Boko, un proche de Talon, actuellement impliqué dans une affaire de tentative présumée de coup d’État.
Adambi, jusque-là ministre de l’Eau et des Mines et vice-président chargé des Relations extérieures au sein du BR, était perçu comme une figure montante pouvant incarner un projet alternatif pour 2026. Des rumeurs persistantes évoquaient même son éventuelle inclusion dans le « ticket » présidentiel d’Olivier Boko, en cas de candidature de ce dernier.
La suspension d’Adambi par le Bureau exécutif national du Bloc Républicain, suivie de son limogeage, reflète la volonté de Patrice Talon de consolider son emprise sur l’appareil politique et d’éliminer toute dissidence en amont des échéances électorales.
Un remaniement stratégique
Le remaniement ministériel attendu devrait permettre à Patrice Talon de renforcer son contrôle sur les institutions et de repositionner des alliés de confiance dans des postes clés. Ce mouvement vise également à rassurer les militants du Bloc Républicain, après la crise interne provoquée par l’affaire Adambi.
